ESL Game – First lesson

August 23, 2010

This is a great ESL classroom game for a first lesson. Basically, it is a GTKY game, or a Getting To Know You game, but also helps SS review question words such as Who, What, Why, Where, When, How etc. It’s really simple too and does not need any resources. I hate using games which [...]

Heartfelt

May all your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view, where something strange and more beautiful and more full of wonder than your deepest dreams waits for you.

Of the gladdest moment in human life, methinks, is the departure upon a distant journey into unknown lands. Shaking off with one mighty effort the fetters of habit, the leaden weight of routine, the cloak of many cares and the slavery of civilization, man feels once again happy.
